Returns Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original purchase condition - unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of mind will not be deemed as a valid reason for returns or exchanges. Refunds are strictly not allowed. 

To start a return, you can send us an email through hello@beautyarsenal.com. If your return is accepted, you can send the package back to our address below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping costs associated with the return will not be covered by Beauty Arsenal. You could also visit us in person with the package at our address.
